2025 PYLGSA 12U Red All-Stars

Wrapping up the Summer All-Star Season here. This is the 5th post for the PYLGSA teams, only 10U Blue after this one. I shot these girls, the Vandals, three times at Golden and then once through the lineup at the Irvine Tournament. All of these girls I have shot before, this is all-star solid team. The game against the Fury (not certain where they are from) went to tie breaker and PYL retired the side followed by Aubrey promptly smacking a pitch to center with Addison charging home uncontested. The team poured out of the dugout to celebrate the walk off and some good shots there. They went to the Finals at our home Memorial Day Tournament against El Rio and lost a heartbreaker there, but lots of good photos from that too. A couple takeaways from the games I watched: Mylee pitched the bulk of the innings and is just as valuable at the plate, with Aliya you think bunt but you should play to prevent doubles, Sam played aggressive at shortstop smiling the whole time, and Florence is a coaches dream behind the plate. They took 4th Place at Nationals and I’m certain I’ll see many of these girls in high school in a year or two. Here is the party slideshow.
