Team & Individual Photos

The 2020-21 Photo Day order form. When you have me out to shoot your team your players will fill out one of these. Believe me I tried to make it simple. I put some Sloppy’s Original Stuff on here, but I also need to mimic what the other guys offer. Just know it took me a lot longer to make the form than it takes to read it! I want to point out a few things on here. You’ll be able to order photos after Photo Day but there are no discount packages online, only a la carte items. If we shot multiple poses, the online gallery will have those alternates too. Buddy Photos are great but difficult to keep track of on paper, especially if people feel spontaneous. I’ll shoot it all and Buddy Photos can be ordered online.

In addition to Buddy Photos, another reason to check out the final online gallery will be sample special versions of your poses. I create a style and replicate it on the images. When one is ordered I will do the custom work. B
