Team & Individual Photos

Here is my current Photo Day Order Form. When you have me out to shoot your team your players will fill out one of these. I tried to keep it simple and on a single page. Not easy, a lot to cover!

This is High Volume Photography and not mini Portrait Sessions. Generally I take two snaps of the same pose and go to the next kid. I choose the pose to edit and print and then deliver the packages a few weeks later. If you feel you need to see your options, you’ll be able to order photos after Photo Day and the order will be mailed to you. Online orders pay tax and shipping fees.
