2024 SoCal Athletics Photo Day

Here’s a tough one to post. I was asked to shoot this team in action a couple of months earlier, in July of 2024. They loved the photos and paid on time. The roster had a little bit of a shake up and they gave me a call to shoot portraits of the team’s new look. Archie and I drove to Ladera Ranch on a Saturday, probably the farthest I’ve traveled for a Photo Day. I had sent Coach order forms but none of the girls brought one that morning. That is not unusual, he didn't forward them. He teased that the team may just buy packages for all the girls. He asked if I could forward the Team Photo as they needed it for an upcoming tournament. I sent it and never heard from him again despite multiple attempts, my first time being "ghosted”… really odd. One mom contacted me, under the impression the photos were covered. She did not respond to my reply. I’m not going to link the gallery, but it’s got 150 never before seen photos in it.
