2025 El Dorado Athlete SOFIA

Here is Sofia with her third year collage. Another year of volleyball, basketball, and beach volleyball… all varsity. She’s now one of the power hitters in volleyball and doesn’t sit much. She doe’s a lot more slamming than blocking. She saves the blocking for basketball where she takes on a defensive role as the big girl in the middle. She’s a rebounder, a post-up option, but mostly she’s a deterrent to keep the opponent honest. She’ll take some fouls if she needs to prove her point, but it’s always fun to see her swat a ball away from a hopeful shooter. For beach volleyball I actually got to the beach this year to shoot her and Payton. They are Eldo’s #1 Duo and will be fun to watch next season as both will return as seniors.
