2025 Canyon Cross Country Photo Day

A different park this year for Canyon Cross Country. The last couple of years we hit the green corner at the school right next to Canyon but this year we met at Eucalyptus Park. I got there a little early to scout out where to shoot. The individual photos was an easy decision but the team photo wasn’t as obvious. Looking for a shady spot that can cover that many kids and without a hill or slope made the shot a challenge. What I ended up doing was reshooting the back row without the front group chunk and then inserting them allowing me to remove a lot of the shadowing from the initial version.
