2024 Yorba Linda Softball Photo Day
Pictured above is the four varsity sophomores. We shot groups for each year and next year Maddie Jean-Blanc will be the lone senior. As I post this in January 2026, I can tell you that I did not do the Photo Day or banners for their 2025 season, but I’m back working on them for 2026. Bummer for me as I’ve shot Maddie since she was tiny and I like closing it out proper. I was asked to shoot the teams in action though and you can see the Junior Varsity and the Varsity galleries. For 8x10’s the girls got full name graphics, while wallets got a less busy smoke version. Similar to what I did with El Dorado Soccer once. Kahleese and Leilany had me do Bulletin Boards so I got some JV time in. Both JV and Varsity got team banners, two of my favorites. I did a little work to make sure everyone’s cleats were nice and clean ;) Varsity got the rare full body team photo, I added coaches a la Topps 1977 style. I feel like I’d be leaving out something significant if I didn’t mention new Coach Emily. She played in the very first softball game I ever shot, and I’ve shot her in travel, high school, and college! I actually have a 2023 CSULB game still to process. Someday.
